‘I look forward to hear’ or ‘to hearing’?

The correct form is:

I look forward to hearing from you.
We look forward to meeting you soon.
Our department looks forward to receiving your feedback.

In look forward to, to is a preposition. After a preposition you always use the -ing form of a verb.
